Rui Matsukawa
Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense, Parliamentary Secretary of the Cabinet Office, and Member of the House of Councillors. She graduated from the University of Tokyo and then joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has also attended the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
