Born in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. After completing his PhD at Tokyo Institute of Technology, he got a job in Japan. He was appointed to the board of directors of the Japan Uyghur Association in 2019 and to the chairman in 2020. In 2020, he gave a speech in Resist China Japan and had an interview with former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. He is energetically working, such as requesting the Japanese government to recognize the suppression of Uighurs by the Chinese government as genocide.
