Born in Takahama-cho, Fukui Prefecture on October 12, 1977.

Graduated from Fukui Prefectural Wakasa High School, Department of Science and Mathematics, Department of History and Geography, Faculty of Letters, Kansai University, and the Law School of Kansai University.

At the age of 29, he was elected to the Suita City Council (served two terms as a deputy councilor before resigning to run for the House of Representatives).

In 2009, he founded the "Ryoma Project National Association," and as its chairman, united more than 200 members.

In 2004, he ran for the House of Representatives election as the leader of the Osaka 13th electoral district branch of the Liberal Democratic Party, but was unsuccessful.

Since 2005, he has been broadcasting programs on politics, history, and economics on his YouTube channel "CGS.

In 2020, he founded the "Sangseito," a political party that promotes the political participation of the people of Japan by explaining how the world works and how it should be. In 2022, he was elected to the House of Councillors.
